20.01.2022 #repost @brut.coffee ... This gentleman is Sebastiao Daniel Da Silva. He produces one of the best coffee in Brazil and I was lucky enough to get my hands on to his lot and showcased it as BRUT vol.10. This is such an incredible moment to know that now he is drinking his own coffee roasted by me. This coffee travelled all the way from Brazil to Australia, and went back to the producer. How cool is that? I would like to acknowledge and show my gratitude to Marcos from @brasilspecialtycoffee who brought this coffee for me and Eddie from @corvusbrewco who introduced me to Marcos. Without a relationship and trust with importers like Marcos, I won’t be able to source these incredible coffees at all. So thank you!! Thank you all the farmers for all the hard work and care. Thank you all the people who involved bringing coffee to Australia. #relationshipcoffee See more

14.01.2022 After 1 year of hard work. The producers beginning to take the coffees at the exporter. There we prepared the coffee beans in the sieve 16 up, stone picker, den...simetric table, electronic color selector to remove defects, GrainPro and 30 kg kraff bags. This year together with Minas Coffee @minascoffeeau in Brisbane we are bringing over 300 bags Brasil Specialty Coffee

02.01.2022 The Jacu Bird freely inhabits the Atlantic Forest in Brazil, attacking the coffee plantations. They select the best, healthiest and most ripe coffees to ingest, the birds themselves don’t actually have a stomach, it's just crop and intestines. They use only the soft part of the fruit, the pulp and the skin of the coffee cherry, eliminating the intact coffee beans which leaves the coffee with a unique flavor of natural fermentation, a very rare and exotic coffee. Coming soon @sitiopalmeirasemerick

01.01.2022 Have you tried our cold brew in Sydney? In collaboration with the cold brew master himself @corvusbrewco we’ve developed the ultimate brew with only the best beans.
