To our customers At this very strange and emotional Covid time, the majority of Brava customers have been amazing and have followed the rules set out by our government and the safety procedures put in place by us. We thank you.... To the Brava Team Through many challenges and changes, you have shown up and provided the amazing customer experience our community has embraced over the past 14 years with Brava. We are ever so grateful to all of you. We thank you. The message below is not for you. This message is for those customers who have yelled at and abused our people. The ones that tell us Covid is over or I have a right to enter because I have money to spend or You are ridiculous. Yes, this has all been said to our staff with some customers standing over staff refusing to leave. Whether you believe this pandemic is real or not or you think masks are unnecessary, is not our concern. We are following safety guidelines and we will not risk our people. We get it, you are frustrated, we all are, but taking it out on our team is NOT ON! There are a host of alternative ways of shopping that Brava can offer, you are welcome to shop with us online, use our virtual fitter service, our video fittings - or simply go elsewhere. We are a business with strong values and an elementary one is keeping you and our staff safe. We prefer not to have to turn customers away at the door and always feel sorry if you don’t have an appointment. But when our staff have had back to back appointments with little time for the bathroom or to have lunch, then yes we are compelled to put our staff before a sale. To open our stores for more hours creates the need to recruit more people and we are working on that but it has been impossible during the pandemic and the serious lockdown in Victoria. We are doing everything conceivable to help as many customers as we can while keeping the community safe. It is the time to be kind to each other, please be patient with us.
