Brave is here to help! ... We’ve popped together some simple (yet easy to forget) marketing tips to help your business get back on the road, and to help you ease back into the new normal. Update your Facebook/ Instagram page. Let your followers know YOU ARE OPEN! Don’t forget to include some store etiquette and conditions of entry such as max capacity. Update your Google My Business Information. Make sure you update any information that may have changed during restrictions. This includes store hours or even your location. Update your website. Not every one of your customers may follow you on your social media. So it is wise to update your information on your site. This may include a COVID-19 update, changing your banner or changing your store details. Still provide COVID-19 services. Not all your customers will feel comfortable embarking to your store just yet. So still provide them with Click & Collect and delivery. Send an EDM. Email marketing is not dead! Communicate to your customers as much as you can that YOU ARE OPEN! Send out a quick celebratory email to your customers to let them know of any changes to your store.
