25.01.2022 Pretty excited to announce a new little project we’ve been working on.. Two Pairs ... Pinot Grigio, Grenache, and soon to be released Shiraz, created in collaboration with my amazing sister-in-law Kate Day. Thanks to the ever supportive and innovative @nakedwinesaus team, who made our dream of working together a reality! Two Pairs came about when Kate and I met at university studying winemaking, then married identical twins, John & Micah Day. It just so happened our names are both Katherine/Kathryn. Weird, but true. We are yin/yang in every way possible, which made our desire to work together so much stronger.
