13.01.2022 IMPORTANT UPDATE Due to a number of factors (Covid of course, being one of them) I have decided to implement some small changes and a booking / cancellation policy. As you all know, it is getting increasingly difficult to get an appointment with me, as I am now endeavouring to only work with one client at a time, to provide the ultimate service, results and safety for my valued customers. Because of this, if you need to change or cancel your booking you must ring the salon ...on 49502105 or contact me direct on 0413112056 (text or call) I cannot retrieve any replies sent to the confirmation text and I do not always get the voice mails on the salon phone. Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellation so I can then offer the appointment to someone on my waiting list. I understand that in these current times this can be difficult and things change rapidly in our lives, and I do ask that if you are sick with a cold or flu to please let me know with as much notice as possible (cancellation may not be necessary but you will be required to wear a mask) In the instance of repeated cancellations with minimal notice (or failure to arrive) you will be required to pay 7 days in advance for your appointment before it will be confirmed or secured. If you cancel with more than 48 hours notice this payment will be transferred to your rescheduled appointment, with anything less than 48hours notice your pre payment will not be refunded or transferred (does not apply in the case of illness)
