23.01.2022 Hi everyone, Update on all our classes. We are putting them on hold for a bit due to personal circumstances however I hope to still offer them on some public holidays and maybe once a month on a Sunday. Also I’m always available for one on one sessions if anyone is keen to learn kickboxing or wants some personal training We also have online programs starting every month for those wanting a program they can follow at home.

22.01.2022 With the next 30 day home exercise program fast approaching here are some of my basic exercise equipment I keep at home for quick 20 - 30 minute workouts. Today I did: - 100 skips and every time I broke I did 5 push ups or if I made it to the 100 i did my push ups at the end and repeated this set x 3 times - 20 x rows with dumbbells (from push up position) then 20 x Russian twists with kettle bell and repeated set x 3 - 20 x side and front raises with dumbbells and 10 x bur...pies x 3 times Finished with a yoga sequence See more

19.01.2022 Who has been anxious to go along to an exercise class or gym for the first time before? I still get this feeling myself if I am trying something new. You are not alone it is very common. My biggest tip is to put yourself first. You are wanting to take on the fitness for your own reasons and you know it will be beneficial for you so remember your reasons for starting and make it happen. You will be so thankful you did.

14.01.2022 Hands up who’s already been enjoying Easter treats for the past month Enjoying food you love and treating yourself is absolutely ok but if you have goals and your like me and 1 mini egg seems to add 5kg instantly it’s good to be aware of ways to earn your treats without destroying goals and motivation. Our boxing sessions burn on average 700cal in the hour.

08.01.2022 For the last few weeks I have spent my Saturday nights participating in the CrossFit open. I started my CrossFit journey nearly 3 years ago and have continued it on and off around kids and other forms of exercise but in the past I never really committed to it and honestly was scared of it. I started back training regularly at CrossFit 786 about 2 months ago and decided to really ‘train fearless’ this time and commit to every session. I have progressed so far in these past 2 months. It really shows on how a positive and brave attitude contributes to progress and results. These are some pics from the open workout nights
