22.01.2022 Checked out Bravo Zulu Distilling Barrel 01 this morning currently maturing at @riverbourne_distillery . Lovely colours coming through.... now just patience needed...

16.01.2022 Checked on the progress of our first two barrels...currently maturing at The Riverbourne Distillery .... patience is the key..

16.01.2022 Road trip to pick up the last major piece of equipment for the distillery....the mash Tun from @burnswelding ...taking a couple of days seeing as it’s school holidays.

10.01.2022 A move closer....sort of....move the still (Darwin) and gear to a storage shed. We are still waiting on council approval...8 months so far. Cant beleive in a pandemic and economic downturn that Goulburn council still slow everything down..come on....

08.01.2022 Planning continues for the shed....plans locked in and now waiting on council. As soon as approval is received, Active Earthmoving and Hydraulics will commence the site works, quickly followed by shed supply and construction from the team at The Shed Company Australia. Hopefully turning the first sod in next couple of months...might need a VIP to be there with a shovel for the first sod ceremony....any volunteers?
