24.01.2022 Dear Instagram followers. We've been busy and quite lazy in the past few weeks. First, we did travel a lot, to the Whitsundays, New Caledonia and France. Then, there was this audition for The Great Australian Bake Off, which we didn't make our way through unfortunately. This explained all the Paris-Brest and the leak and goat cheese tarts. I did my way through all auditions but didn't get selected for the TV stage. Now we're back to a normal life and have heaps of time to post all our old pictures That's why we've decided to publish some good memories of all our trips and recent experiences. 20.01.2022 #TBS (yeah, I know - New concept ). We baked this #organic #lemon #tart on #shortbread #pastry base and #meringue on top a few weeks ago because one of our good friends (and also tester of some tasty experiments) was craving for a lemon tart. I'm usually not into lemon that much myself but I must confess it was very #tasty Have a good #Sunday #Sydney and #HarrisFarmFoodie (also #ShotOnBlackBerry for #BlackBerry #contest).

17.01.2022 #TBW (Yes - Another new concept). When I took this picture a few months ago in a #Carrefour #supermarket in #Nouméa, #Nouvelle-#Caledonie (aka #New-#Caledonia), I was like a 5 years old kid in a Toys R'Us store: I simply wanted to buy everything. This is also one of the multiple reasons why I love New Caledonia so much: it's because it's (still) #France! Going to any shop or supermarket reminded me how close France is from #Sydney and how much I love #French #biscuits: from #Madeleines to #Lu biscuits, #fourrés, #Figolu, #Dinosaures, #Prince, #Petits #Coeurs, Petits #Ecolier and #galettes #Saint-Michel. Still have some in my cupboards

11.01.2022 This was our last #Paris-#Brest #ever No more of these! I'm glad the last one was #fluffy and #tasty! Jeez this #chou #pastry is to die for! Had to wake up very early to bake this #baby!
