25.01.2022 Great job to Jessica McCabe, Matt Sutton and James Kaaden for their hard work put in tonight with the boxing session. It was tough and hot, but they fought through and smashed it out! Remember guys, you are your own biggest road block when it comes to achieving your goals. It's easy to make excuses like it's too hot or I'm too tired...but you have to push past these lame excuses and put in the hard yards. Otherwise you will never hit your goals! 14.01.2022 So this year has been an absolute crap year so far. Everyone has been bitch slapped in one way or another. We've all had it tough and had to dig deep to make it through. Now in saying that, due to a large and ongoing amount of non-attendance, we are stopping all training effective as of today. It was not an easy decision to make but I think it's needed so we can all get ourselves sorted out properly and get back on track. So what I am going to do, is from the 2nd to the 30th ...of December, I will be running a "COMMITMENT CHALLENGE"....Every Wednesday night (and only Wednesday night) from 6pm to 7pm, I will be running a 1 hour training session involving weights, HIIT, circuits & boxing. This challenge is for you and you alone! Whatever your personal goals are, we will help you smash them! There are no prizes or medals...what there is is the satisfaction of knowing that you have committed yourself to achieving your goals. It will cost $25 per session just once a week to get on the road to smashing your goals. To join the challenge please comment below to lock in a spot as places are limited.
