I enjoy the workouts that Braydo puts together, never thought I’d be able to do all but with each session it’s become easier. . . What goals have you achieved? My main goal is to keep fit, I’m not where I want to be but I’m achieving it slowly with the help from the sessions. I’ve lost some weight but I’d like to lose more. . . If someone was looking at joining what would you say to them? Go in with an open mind, whether it’s big or small set a goal and work towards it. Just be yourself and enjoy it without overthinking. The team is easy to approach and are very supportive. . . The best thing about training with BDPT? Anneliese has overcome an existing back injury and was always hesitant when it come to lifting weights. But with the appropriate rehabilitation exercises and slight modifications she has come out on top! Always giving 100% in her sessions and results are showing .... . What keeps you coming back to sessions? Exercising at BDPT has become apart of my daily routine, I really hate missing out on a class. I initially was quite nervous to start after a lower back injury. But almost 2 years of consistently training with brayden and I have strengthened my core. I am able to go about my day with no pain and have more awareness of what my body is capable of. . . What goals have you achieved? I definitely feel stronger and lighter. I have also come to love cardio, especially running something, that I used to dread. . . If someone was looking at joining what would you say to them? Do it! Brayden is constantly pushing us but considers the modifications you may need for injuries or fitness levels. He always makes sure each day is different which helps to keep you motivated! . . Cathy won a PT pack at last years Christmas Bingo and laughed about it when she did, 12 months on and she hates missing a session! Cathy has improved in all aspects of her training and continues to do so! .... . What keeps you coming back to sessions? I keep coming back to the sessions because I really enjoy them, I love pushing myself to see how much I can achieve. Everybody encourages everyone else and that I believe is important, it keeps you motivated. . . What goals have you achieved? Where do I start, my goals were to improve my fitness level, I had been unfit for a long time. There were alot of things I hadn't done for years and I thought I would never do again (sit-ups and bicep curls) but now I can do these easily. With determination and encouragement you can achieve almost anything, I never thought I would be able to do pull ups or deadliest, but I can do this any many more things. . . If someone was looking at joining what would you say to them? If someone new was interested in joining, I would encourage them 100%. You would be supported and encouraged all the way and that would make them want to come back. . . The best thing about training with BDPT?
