11.01.2022 Some tips & tricks to beat those sugar cravings! If you are somebody that has a sugar addiction, my advice to you is... Start small. Make small adjustments. DO NOT completely cut it out as the reality is you are most likely going to slip up and binge. Make yourself small goals each weak. Work towards that big goal of being able to better control those mad cravings and only having sugar as a sometimes food. ... You can do it

01.01.2022 Firstly, I want to say a massive thank you for all your love and support. I am so grateful for how fast we are growing as a Small Business. In saying this, I have had to put a policy in place to make the behind the scenes work much more efficient. Please take a moment to read through the following: CANCELLATION POLICY: ... We completely understand that sometimes life just happens, and you may not be able to make it to your scheduled appointment. If you are needing to cancel your appointment this is completely fine. However, there will be policies in place as this time was saved especially for you. If you happen to cancel with 24 hours of the appointment time, there will be a $20 cancellation fee. If the appointment is cancelled within 12 hours or is a No Show, then you will incur the full session costs. If you cancel before these time frames, you will not be charged any costs and we will kindly appreciate the long notice. We also appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding this policy. MESSAGING REPSONSE TIME: Our administration hours are Monday - Friday. I will be getting back to your messages and questions as soon as possible within this time frame but please note that I also have an office job during the day and I will always do my best to get back to you as soon as I can. In saying this, enquiries and messages will not be responded to during the weekend, instead will be responded to the following business day. I appreciate your patience in regards to this. I normally respond to all messages within 5 hours, however, please note that I am usually very busy and will do my very best to get back to you as quickly as I possibly can. PAYMENT POLICY: All payments regarding the services we provide, MUST be paid for in advance or on the day of your appointment. It makes things a little tricky trying to follow up overdue payments, so please make sure you are ready to pay for the appointment on the scheduled day and time. If you happen to forget to pay for your appointment, you will have 3 business days to have this amount paid, otherwise a $10 late fee will be charged, and you will not be able to make any further bookings until the amount is paid.
