20.01.2022 There's nothing better than a drive through the (Adelaide) hills on a beautiful sunny day. Our Volkswagen Multivan conversions come with rear inboard lifts or side underfloor lifts. Great for families with young wheelchair passengers!

20.01.2022 Dear Friends, The South Australian Government has entered a ‘circuit breaker’ lockdown as of midnight Wednesday 18th November, for a minimum period of 6 days. As much as possible we will be business as usual, helping people with disability continue to access the essential services they need in the safety of their own vehicles.... For everyone's safety, person to person contact at our Edinburgh North facility will be strictly controlled, and any vehicles arriving or leaving our workshops will be sanitised. If you have an urgent need for repairs or maintenance to disability modifications on your vehicle please CALL US FIRST on 08 8255 1947 where our delightful team will work with you to have your repairs done in a Covid-safe way. This is an incredibly difficult time for all of us and we thank you for your patience. 17.01.2022 Introducing the Beast with 12 Seats. A Commuter bus with a diff(lock)erence! Our new toy and very cool project is a fully converted current model Toyota Commuter bus that's now a 4 wheel drive. The engineers at EnduroCo have put together this amazing conversion kit, with Enduroco being endorsed by Toyota for Second Stage Manufacture. In it you'll find lots of Land Cruiser components to make this Commuter an awesomely fun but tough way of traversing rugged terrain. This conve...rsion is also compatible with wheelchair lifter upgrades which makes really suitable for remote communities, emergency services or worksite use. Brazier Mobility has been chosen by EnduroCo to look after their conversions in this neck of the woods and we've got their demo vehicle here for the next two weeks or so.... and then we have to give it back . 15.01.2022 Talk about a ripper! Here's a recent 4x4 Commuter bus conversion we've just delivered to our customer. It's a full time 4WD with low range and centre diff locks to make this a most capable beast. Lots of Landcruiser 200 Series components make it tough as nails. Great for safety on work and mine sites, but with great comfort for 4WD Tour Bus Operators too. You know you want one....!

15.01.2022 For those of you with too many kids and not enough anchor points, a Child Restraint Anchor Bar (CRAB) might be an option. If it works for your car it's cheaper than buying a new one! Here's one we recently installed to a Kia Carnival.

It's a complete solution that looks after your tailgate and loads your chair in the back, so you can get out and about, all by yourself. If you're looking at one of hese then just be sure the combination of Abiloader, Wheelchair and Car will all work together. If you're not sure, just ask us! 09.01.2022 If you like manual Hand Controls for your car, take a look at these. Jeff Gosling Hand Controls provide just one lever for braking and acceleration and they are very smooth to use. 09.01.2022 Knowing what options are available is a great start to helping people with disability get out of the house and into their cars. And we want to share what we know! Brazier mobility is offering free Professional Development training to allied health groups in metro Adelaide. Our training covers the various products to help get people (and their wheels) into cars, as well as the huge range of driver aids out there. It also covers why some products might be best suited to certain... vehicles than others. All the OT groups we've talked to have found this incredibly helpful. 06.01.2022 Nothing stops delivery of our vehicles, not even a pandemic! After following all safety precautions and obtaining SA border permits we were able to deliver this Caddy to a very happy and grateful customer in NSW....while observing social distancing of course.
