Its a simple enough question and I totally get why its asked. I mean, is it a world-wide conspiracy amongst skincare companies trying to get us buying an extra cream we dont really need or do each actually perform a different function? Well, the short answer is YAS Girl, you need two!; but the long answer is this:... Our skin works differently at night. When the ticking hand of our bodys circadian rhythm strikes sleepy time our skin is signaled into repair mode. It switches from its day time protect mode and begins work on recovering and repairing any damage and stress accumulated during the day. Melatonin and HGH (Human Growth Hormone) increases and your skins regeneration process speeds up.
