21.01.2022 Restriction updates from SA Health: A number of restrictions will ease from Friday 28 August: Residential gatherings will be able to have up to 50 people. The 40km travel buffer zone for border communities with ... Victoria and SA will be reinstated (this will only occur if there is no community transmission in those areas between now and midnight Thursday 27 August). If you are transiting to SA through Sydney or Canberra airports from WA, NT, Qld or Tasmania, you will no longer be required to undertake 14 days self-isolation. 17.01.2022 COVID-19 Update 5 September 2020 from SA Health [NEW CASE] Todays case is a woman in her 20s who was transiting through South Australia while relocating to the Northern Territory and has been in quarantine at a medi-hotel since her arrival. . [WASTEWATER TESTING]... We have recently returned two positive tests from our wastewater testing. The samples were taken at the Bolivar and Angaston treatment plants, which are the wastewater catchments for 700,000 houses and 2,000 respectively. While we are unable to determine the source of the positive samples, the results could be linked to previously known cases. However, these results are a strong reminder to everyone to get tested if they are showing symptoms, no matter how mild. . 08.01.2022 Dear Everyone, Hope you are all going well and staying safe during the lock-down. Thanks so much for maintaining trust in us and your willingness to continue these connections. Unfortunately, we have to make the following changes responding to the current COVID-19 Safety Plan and the super high demands to the Wheels in Motion @ Bagster (the WIM program). The WIM program is being suspended temporally due to the COVID-19 restrictions (the social distancing in particular). ... The Expression of Interest Register will be closed until further notification. This will allow our existing participants to be able to continue with their mentored driving hours within our maximum capacity once the restrictions have eased. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused by the above changes. However, we will still endeavour to help more participants in the near future once we have increased capacity.
