Table bookings are strongly recommended. Second - For the final "Winter Menu" dinner (we start the "Spring Menu" next week) we will have the wonderful Bradley Ghavalas playing for our booked guests. As always this dinner is for guests 13 and above, and for those that are interested we only have 9 places left for this dinner so you must book sometime today to be confirmed with a table. 17.01.2022 And this is how another cheese variety arrives.... So the question facing Jenn (Coolamon's Cheese Maker Extraordinaire) was how to add interest to the award winning De-Brie? The answer it seems was to add the Queen of Herbs, in the form of Australian grown Saffron to the mix, and so, voila; we present for your whetted appetite SAFFRON-BRIE. Notice the beautiful yellow colour with pieces of Saffron Stamen in the body of the cheese. Salty as you'd expect a Brie to be, but with a little more body, and the incumbent earthy flavour & aroma of the herb, but with a sweet touch of floral & honey. Limited stock available on shelf.

06.01.2022 BARISTA, BAR & KITCHEN HAND. The Bread & Cheese Synergy Cafe Restaurant is a prime business within the Coolamon Shire that currently caters for at least 2500 tourists and locals per week. We have a vibrant team of staff and managers, who bring exuberance to our offerings, even during the current COVID restrictions. We are currently looking for a permanent staff member/s that wish to work in the area of customer service as a barista, bar & kitchen hand.... QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Previous experience will weigh heavily in your favour. RSA qualifications are highly regarded - although we will allow time for training and certification. References from your latest employers will be required. Pressure can be a part of this job - we will be looking for a "can-do, will-do" attitude. Managers are experienced and measured in their responses, and attempt to build a great relationship as a team. We are looking for people who want permanency and a future career as a part of that team. Permanent wages with leave and other benefits will be paid. TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES Working at The Bread & Cheese Synergy Cafe Restaurant. A licensed venue, open 7 days per week. Seating at least 62 (soon rising to 80) guests during COVID restrictions. This is at the very least a part-time job but will be full-time for the right applicant/s. You will be required to work as a part of a structured team of 19-20 permanent & part time staff including one weekend day, in a multi-faceted operation by making & serving hot & cold beverages, and creating & serving food. Full training on our systems and methods will be provided ADDITIONAL BENEFITS Coolamon is a picturesque town that is fast becoming a tourist destination of choice. The town boasts all ammenities, a vibrant community, with clubs, pubs, schools, & sporting venues. 02.01.2022 Amazing! First time dining at the Synergy Restaurant, will be back! Everything was fabulous, the pork belly was mouth watering. We were too full for the dessert so they put them in a take away container which was great! Thanks heaps! Can’t wait to come back soon
