24.01.2022 MEMBER OF THE WEEK Since the re opening of our doors Matt has blown me away with his attendance, can do (hate but love you) attitude and watching his results show. When I asked him what his driving force out of bed is he said I come along for the results, I feel much stronger, fitter and toned. I think setting a routine, waking up, riding to our sessions and feeling like I have done something productive sets the tone of my day ... We couldn’t be prouder of you Matt. 21.01.2022 A BIG SHOUT OUT TO LAURA Laura has attended over 200 sessions with us since we opened our doors back in September 2019. What impresses me the most is her consistency with her morning routine and get moving attitude. ... Q&A Hayley - What keeps you showing up 4 mornings a week? Laura - It sets my motivation for the day which not only allows me to reach my fitness goals but flows into my work day. I also love the great mix of session styles and exercises programmed. Hayley - What changes if any have you found in yourself over the past 12 months. Laura - It’s becomes more about the amazing group I train with. I never felt apart of anything in a gym environment, here I have found down to earth like minded people who make my mornings fun and enjoyable. Awesome work Laura Schmiede
19.01.2022 QUESTION???? Who out there has attended a fitness class and felt like you needed to be fit to even join in on the session? I know it has happened to me over the years and honestly I would get nervous and sometimes wouldn’t even show up until I was fit enough. This is NOT what fitness is all about, for us and especially these 3 ladies. All who had never met before, started in September on their own and as you can see have formed a beautiful friendship. We laugh a l...ot, make fun of each other, encourage each other to push further than the week before, congratulate those who have hit a pretty cool milestone in their fitness journey and most of all notice if one hasn’t shown up. Fitness is about fun, friendships and bringing people together who value their health. You don’t have to be the fittest, fastest or strongest just start and open yourself to be encouraged, motivated and apart of something great In our community. Inbox me for more details. 18.01.2022 THE WINNER OF OUR 8 WEEK CHALLENGE IS...... GAIL Over the past 8 weeks Gail has lost 5.9kg and a whopping 3.4% body fat!!!!!! When we started the challenge I had asked each member to tell us a little about their fitness journey and what each of them wanted to get out of the challenge. ... Gail’s response - 24.07.20 Hi all. I am looking to continue improving my fitness and to lose weight. I have noticed such a difference in fitness and what I can do since starting bootcamp almost a year ago. We are expecting our 9th grandchild early next year and I want to be able to continue to keep up with them all. 2 of my sons live in London which involves those lovely long haul flights. Being fit definitely helps. I struggle with my weight. I lose it then eventually it creeps back on. I love to cook and entertain and enjoy a drink or two which obviously doesn’t help Am looking forward to seeing where I end up at the end of this challenge. Gail trains with us 4 mornings a week and over the past year I have seen her go from strength to strength. When she decided to join this challenge I tailored her additional training sessions to her lifestyle and what we both agreed was achievable, a challenge but yet enjoyable. I know she deeply misses her boys and grandkids overseas and I can honestly say she is one fit grandmother and for all who know her would be so proud of her efforts. She will absolutely handle the flight and keep up with the kiddies. You are one inspiring woman Gail, Jasmine and I are very lucky to train you each week and watch you transform into the person you want to be. Well done. At the end of the challenge I asked each of our members what was the biggest change they have noticed in themselves and will be taking with them for life. 17.01.2022 Losing weight? Building muscle? Patience is a virtue. Results won’t come overnight, it takes time for your body to grow and achieve the shape you desire. With structure, discipline and commitment you will reach your end goal. Scales can be the undoing of all your hard work therefore it’s important you take before pics (even if you can’t look at them) and continue to track your progress along the way. 17.01.2022 ONE YEAR AGO TODAY OUR DOORS OPENED !!!! A lot has changed over the past 12 months.... Taking ownership of the business. ... Living through a pandemic. Thinking outside the square and staying positive for the business and our members. Re opening and having so much support to continue doing what I love the most, helping people reach their goals. What hasn’t changed..... My amazing trainer Jazzy by my side. The incredible members we have showing up each and every session putting such value of their health and fitness. The friendships formed through a fun, friendly training environment that caters to all fitness levels. INCREDIBLE body and mind transformations through all of what the year has thrown at us. If we managed to get though this I honestly can’t imagine what the next 12 months will bring. Onwards and upwards

13.01.2022 CLIENT TRANSFORMATION Meet Michelle: My goal has always been to be back at the fitness level & weight I was 2 years ago before I hurt my back pretty bad. So here I am I've finally made it after a lot of blood, sweat & tears well ok no blood but definitely the other 2, lots of pushing on with nerve pain in my back & hip but not giving up & not making excuses. This morning we mixed up our full body session with a deck of cards workout... the cards dictate the reps, every muscle was targeted and our minds kept busy. Exercise should always be fun, enjoyable and challenging.
09.01.2022 I have said it before and I’ll say it again.... it’s all about the measurements NOT the scales. A number on the scale can be the undoing of all your hard work especially during any type of fitness challenge. You think you are crushing it and feel amazing but the number shows up on the scale and can derail you.... I have seen this time and time again and it’s depressing. Take photos of yourself, you don’t have to share them BUT you will be thankful when looking back and comparing how far you have come. These numbers are the true representation of the hard work and dedication my clients have put into this challenge and each of them should be super proud of themselves. 08.01.2022 WHEN YOU GO FROM STRENGTH TO STRENGTH A massive congratulations goes out to Christine Buczynski!!!!! When Christine first started training with us late last year a push-up was a struggle. I have watched this super woman progress month after month and what was once thought of as the impossible is absolutely possible. Today she is performing decline push-ups on a tire and her give it a go attitude is one to admire. She won’t be needing to keep up with the grandkids they will be needing to keep up with her.

To make it stronger you need to pump it up through cardio and or interval training and reduce your chances of heart disease. - Fat Burner, cardio uses the aerobic energy system which uses fat and burns it off as energy. ... - Boosts Mood and Clears The Mind, sending oxygen to the improves mood, clarity and like the heart keeps it strong. Cardio should always have a place in your routine, if you hate it mix it up and keep it simple.... 30 seconds easy 30 seconds hard.
