The answer is ‘YES’ if you are confused about what you should be eating and how you should be exercising. We believe that the majority of people don’t get results they want because they have the wrong plan of attack. A few questions we often get at our camps. Is keto a good diet? Is intermittent fasting a good diet? Are shake diets good? Are carbs bad? Is cardio or weights better? Are pre workouts good for you? Will fat burners help me lose weight? How many steps should I do each day? How many calories should I be eating? I’m going out this weekend, how do I stick to my plan? What is the most healthy breakfast option? We understand why you may be confused and why you have been approaching this the wrong way. There is so much information out there and it often contradicts itself so it’s difficult to know what to believe. All the answers to the above are different for each person. It is dependant on the individual and what it means to be an individual - everyone is different. There is no right or wrong answer. WE NEED TO DISCOVER WHAT IS BEST FOR YOU. It’s story time Late 2016 we first met Mark at a community festival in Kurri Kurri & he literally laughed in our faces when we tried to have a conversation about exercise with him. A few hours had past & Mark dragged us behind a corner, apologised & said ‘I need your help’. A few days later Mark completed his first Boot Camp in 35 degree heat & it wasn’t pretty. Mark returned the next day, the day after that & before you know it he loved exercise. He fell in love with his improved fitness, strength, sleep & being able to buy clothes in any store he wanted.
