14.01.2022 Wigzell Racing Team is super excited to announce that Todd will be competing in the 2019/2020 Ultimate Speedway Challenge (USC) driving the S88 DK Fabrications,... Darryl Knuckey owned speedcar. This year’s series consists of 7 rounds at all 3 USC tracks in Murray Bridge, Sydney and Toowoomba beginning in October 2019 and ending in March 2020. Round 1 October 12 Toowoomba Round 2 October 19 Sydney Round 3 November 9 Murray Bridge Round 4 November 16 Sydney Round 5 December 14 Sydney Round 6 February 8 Murray Bridge Round 7 March 28 Toowoomba After sitting out of speedway most of last season while transitioning from leaving his employment of 20 years to building his own commercial plumbing business, Wigzell Plumbing & Gas, Todd is now ready to commit to a busy speedcar season. During the off season, the decision was made to sell the sprintcar now enabling him to solely dedicate his racing time to the S88 speedcar this upcoming season. As well as the USC Series, the proposed schedule will include but not limited to the 4 round SA Blackjack Speedcar Series at Murray Bridge Speedway, the 70th SA Speedcar Championship to be held on January 4th at Borderline Speedway in Mount Gambier followed the next night by the Beasley Memorial at Premier Speedway, the 75th Victorian Speedcar Championship on February 22nd at Avalon Raceway and the Australian Speedcar Championship on February 28 & 29 at Premier Speedway in Warrnambool.
