25.01.2022 Hi Everyone, In light of the recent updates around COVID-19, we felt it best to assure everyone that we are still operating and have added to our already very strict health and hygiene policy. This policy is implemented before sessions, during sessions and after sessions. We take health and hygiene and the cleanliness of our space very seriously at all times. ... The health and well-being of our clients and staff is of the upmost importance as well as providing support to those who need it most

24.01.2022 ACHIEVEMENT! This little cherub has been kicking so many goals lately. But one has completely mesmerised us and I just had to get it on video! After almost 12 months with us, Liv today ASKED for a drink of water!... 2 things about this achievement make it so amazing!! 1. Asking for the water and not being asked to drink 2. Asking for the water in a complete sentence!! AMAZING!! Or in Liv’s words wonderful We are sooo stoked, this achievement doesn’t happen without the support of Mum who tirelessly puts in the effort to help Liv be the best she can be!! P.S Enjoy Liv taking over the phone in selfie mode!! She is sooo happy with herself and it just warms my heart!! You go Livi!!

23.01.2022 Today we remember & honour those that fought to give us what we have today. At times, we can become complacent & forget the sacrifices that were made by these Men & Women & their families. They bravely entered a world so unknown with their hearts on their sleeves, passion for their country & for their mate that was right beside them. Lest We Forget.

11.01.2022 Today is a day very close to my heart, it is a day when I feel a lot of mixed emotions. I want to share with you all some information that I find to be extremely detailed and a great explanation of what it means when people say Stolen Generations. It is important to know what has happened so that we can move forward together. Sammy xx Observed annually on 26 May, National Sorry Day remembers and acknowledges the mistreatment of Aboriginal and Torres S...trait Islander people who were forcibly removed from their families and communities, which we now know as ‘The Stolen Generations’. National Sorry Day is a day to acknowledge the strength of Stolen Generations Survivors and reflect on how we can all play a part in the healing process for our people and nation. While this date carries great significance for the Stolen Generations and other Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, it is also commemorated by Australians right around the country. 03.01.2022 Encouraging choice and control in our children can be a difficult skill to manage. Too much choice and control can blur boundaries and jeopardise safety, too little choice and control can minimise learning and resilience. We allow our kids choice, timeframe and order but the action itself HAS to be done during their session. We refer to this as the illusion of control. ... We are always trying to look at different ways to support and manage choice and control. Keeping it fun and interesting. This particular method is used so that there is acknowledgment when the action is completed. This occurs when closing the cover
