24.01.2022 Just under a month until SHOW DAY!! If you were caught in traffic last year and are feeling somewhat deterred, please know that this year we have engaged traffic and parking professionals to ensure everything runs smoothly and keep delays to a minimum, even with another bumper crowd. So please do come along on Saturday 21st March, we'd love to see you there.
24.01.2022 The wonderfuil Ukes of Hazzard were scheduled to play at this year's show. Instead they have written a song especially for us. It's also a tribuite to Kenny Rogers. Thanks fellas, we love this so much.

22.01.2022 MEET OUR KIMMI! For the past few years Kimmi has been returning to her second home of Bream Creek to bring to the community her delightful enthusiasm and wonderful Japanese culture. She’s been endlessly generous in sharing her Japanese cooking prowess and incredible origami skills and is the perfect reflection of the array of global food available at the Bream Creek Show. Come along to this special promotional event at the Bream Creek Farmer’s Market, it's the first stop in a round-the-world trip for your taste-buds. (Hint, on show day they can head off to South America, India, Italy and more!).

19.01.2022 UPLIFTING NEWS! If you're as sad as us about the show cancellation and you were looking forward to a helicopter flight, Tasmanian Air Tours would like to offer kids and families short helicopter flights at the special Bream Creek Show price of $50 per person. Take off from Barilla Bay Oyster Farm between 10 am and 2 pm on Saturday 21st of March. Just turn up.
18.01.2022 Well it’s a suitably dreary day for No Show Day. In keeping with social distancing measures I’ve brought my carrot to the Showgrounds. I would have entered him in the Hall of Industry’s crazy vegetable category. What would you have entered? The show society would love for you to post pictures of your creations, produce, flowers, baking, scarecrows, pastures, anything! You needn’t have put in an entry form and you have seven days to post here in this thread. We may even find a prize for the winning entry, most certainly a certificate. And if you like, share on Instagram or Facebook with this hashtag #breamcreekshow2020 . And go! #showusyourshowstuff
18.01.2022 What a day! We think the crowd numbers might be record breaking! Enormous apologies to those who experienced delays due to traffic congestion. We really hope the day was worth it. And if you turned back, please try again next year! Thank you to all who supported us today.
17.01.2022 To all our show friends, supporters and punters, in light of recent directives from the government, and first and foremost to protect those in our community who are vulnerable, we have had to cancel the Bream Creek Show 2020. The Bream Creek Show Society wish to express their sadness about having to make such a decision and to extend our thanks to all who were scheduled to be involved. Particular thanks to our wonderful committee and district members who have donated their time in preparation. We regret any inconvenience caused and we hope to see you all at our next show on March 20th, 2021, which is sure to be bigger, brighter and better than ever. Wishing you all the very best, big (air) hugs and kisses to all. XO

09.01.2022 Hi everyone, a bit of fun if you are stuck at home. Our giant pumpkins were harvested yesterday. With no Bream Creek Show this year, we thought we might have... a little on line guessing game. Guess the weight for each pumpkin (eg, 1 XXXkg, 2 XXXkg etc) and we will announce the winners for each on Wednesday next week. Closest to the correct weight wins. The prize? Well we are working on that at the moment, it may be just glory but we will see what we can rustle up. Share your guesses in the comments below. Stay safe everyone. See more
