01.01.2022 Teaching yoga 4 the in-be-tweens time my FAVOURITE time Yoga means addition addition of energy, strength and beauty to body, mind and soul. Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self.... Our yoga intentions (listen to the sounds,be brave to try something new,relax in your being, laugh!)-chosen by a magic hat and written on a pink heart, whirling around in The Circle of trust,hearing the calls of the wild,finding treasure blindfolded with the guidence and eyes of our friends and a beautiful yoga flow to follow and plenty of fun! So much fun! Winding down to a meditation of us planting a seed that grows into a magnificent unique tree of colourful leaves choosen be self ,that stands tall in all weather. This unique and strong tree knows it’s safe to blow in the wind,to feel the rain,to hear the thunder and ride out the storms to enjoy the sunshine again. Homes caterpillars that become butterflies. And when we continue to water,care for and love our tree,it feels valued being in a Forrest of other unique and amazing trees! Be like the tree. Stay grounded,keep growing and enjoy the view!
