22.01.2022 be who you are, dream big, live your life not someone elses, change what you can, be kind and gentle with yourself, tell yourself you love you and that you deserve love back, give freely, receive with a thank you, hold doors open for the person behind you, let someone in at the check out or in traffic - personal distancing of course ... look for rainbows, smile at people you pass in the street, say hello to your neighbours, take care of yourself and the people you love, tell the people that matter that you love them on a daily basis, treat yourself because you are worth it, take time for YOU everyday, be grateful for what you do have in your life, speak from your heart truthfully and do the thing on your bucket list before it is too late... love and hugs...

It is called Altona Riders and if you would like to join me in October - I would love to have you on the team - you can do the challenge on both a stationary and an outdoor bike - I am doing both.... We surveyed Australians with diabetes and over 40% said the pandemic was having a negative im...pact on their mental or emotional health. One third of people surveyed said COVID-19 had made them more anxious about their diabetes. Thats why this week as part of National Diabetes Week were focusing on mental and emotional wellbeing. 03.01.2022 Hello everyone - I am participating in the great cycle challenge In October and have started a team - Altona Riders and would love for more people to join in - even if you dont live In Altona You can cycle indoors, outdoors or both - and we can do a cycle together when restrictions change I do this challenge every year as it is in my birthday month and I love to cycle and it is for a great cause ... I did my first indoor ride today and wowza - have to build the butt endurance. Would love for you to join me
