25.01.2022 Let’s normalise curves. I’ve worked in the fitness industry for over 5 years now and I’m ashamed of what is shown in the media as being ‘fit’ and ‘healthy’. The media and many gyms for that matter portray leanness, washboard abs and virtually zero percent body fat as being healthy and fit.... I’m here to tell you we must have some fat on our body to surround and cushions our organs and to help protect us from the cold. Many of these picture perfect women train and diet for months to look like this and with many of them, it also comes down to damn good genetics . Eat and train for health and for your body type, not to look like a fitness or instagram model.
