19.01.2022 My 4 #virtualchallenge medals from the last few months in 2020 - some were for great causes and some to keep me motivated during lockdown restrictions. The best thing is I am hooked as the medals are pretty awesome ( the space one lights up ) and are a great reminder of my commitment to my health and fitness. Thanks to @heartandsolesvirtualrunning @the_conqueror_challenges @happytrailsracing for creating these fun events check them out and see if there is one for you !

15.01.2022 Happy New Year and am excited to announce that ..... Integrative Movement Classes will start Thursday the 7th. It will be a 4 week block of classes for Intro Special of $100... There are only 8 spaces available for each session @ 6.15pm and 7.30pm Classes will be held in the the new clinic in Williamstown so if you are interested send me a message for details. We will focus on mobility, stability, strength, flexibility, balance and relaxation.
