10.01.2022 If you are wanting to develop breath control and strength, you might like to try an inspiratory breath trainer. I have several for sale. If you do purchase, I would send via the post and will provide a short session online as to get the most out of the device. I have the classic plus (blue) so for the "average" person's breathing. It is a good and strong breath work out. Ideally done daily. PM Sarah for more details.... Stay safe. Keep nose breathing!!

08.01.2022 Hello people interested in breath practice and all things voice. Last night the Perth Concert Hall rang out with an audience singing their hearts out. Who’d have thought number one, that people would be able to offficially sing together in a public place again...and number two that I could have enjoyed sing Doe a Deer with such abandon! Times are changing. There have been a couple of interesting articles on breath and voice that you may not have seen. One by John Colapinto ...which is an extract from his lively take on This is the Voice as published in The Guardian. https://www.theguardian.com//vocal-polyps-injury-singing-j

04.01.2022 ...and another article on the air we breathe. Breathing: the great equaliser! This article in the New Yorker magazine by Brooke Jarvis, which you may have to delve a little more to find if this link doesn’t work for you, is full of fascinating information in these days of curiosity about the air we share.... Our lungs are both protection and portal, the nexus of our relationship to an environment that can heal us as well as harm us. A highly recommended read. https://www.newyorker.com//25/what-happens-when-you-breathe
