24.01.2022 We have had 300 women respond to our survey about their experiences of the last bushfire season - thank you to all! There's still time to complete the survey and help shape future public health messages for women who have asthma. If you need to be resent the link to the survey, please send us a message.

22.01.2022 This month we have a new article in print in the journal Respirology, with an editorial also written about our work. Many people with asthma don't have a "typical" pattern of inflammation (with eosinophils), but rather have other types of inflammatory cells (such as neutrophils) predominating. We found about half of the women in our study had a "non-eosinophilic" type of asthma during pregnancy, and that our novel management approach better targeted treatment to this type of inflammation and reduced asthma attacks in pregnancy in these women.
