BEGINNERS CLASSES Saturdays 9:30AM A thorough introduction to Iyengar philosophy through standing poses, inversions, forward extensions and twists. Throughou...t the first four classes you will be introduced to many of the foundations of Iyengar Yoga practice. Our friendly and knowledgable teachers will guide you through these introductory lessons. All equipment is provided.
