24.01.2022 Popped out to this morning to sign a client's mum up to an affidavit and she gave us fresh flowers from her garden! Yes, if we need to see you on a Sunday morning we'll be there to get it done.

He thought he was doing something nice for a client popping out to see her at 8am on a Saturday morning so her consent orders could be filed without delay - but he made her cry when they discovered that the other side had missed signing one page and they'd have to be sent back :(

21.01.2022 Things can be a bit slow during January as the family courts are mostly closed (except for urgent matters) and many lawyers take this opportunity for a holiday. Whilst weve still be working hard behind the scenes, we have also had a bit of fun ourselves. Breen Smith are a family-run firm - so what better way to celebrate summer than spending time with the family. 16.01.2022 Well the phones didnt go down last week but theyre down now. Optus forgot to migrate our number over to the new service so when they eventually got around to cancelling the old service, the number went with it. Theyre rectifying this tomorrow so we should be back to normal on Wednesday.

12.01.2022 Meet the newest member of the Breen Smith team. Rory Quinn Charlotte Smith joined us on 10 July 2018. Dad is working remotely from the hospital for urgent matters but will be back on deck on Monday. Mum and Bub doing well.
