18.01.2022 A GREAT ENDING TO 2020! A massive congratulations goes to this guy @deanostep for reaching a huge milestone of losing 53kgs in total so far. @coach_breezy_ also weighs 53kgs so he lost the entire weight of his trainer today was the last day of the @summerhillgym 8 week challenge that Dean lost 13kgs in. A lot of people always ask how he has done it. The answer to that is eating well and training hard CONSISTENTLY over the last 2.5 years. There’s so secret to this, no s...hortcuts, no special ‘diets’ from google just a calorie deficit, weights training every week and his fave cardio sessions. It hasn’t always been perfect but it won’t be! There’s ups and downs and some injuries along the way but Dean always shows up! That’s important. 18.01.2022 CLIENT APPRECIATION Dean has lost about 27kgs so far and I couldn’t contain my excitement to wait for the big 30kg milestone because he is just smashing through it So proud of him! If you are on your own weight loss journey there are a few important things to remember from Deans transformation. ... 1. This has taken 2 years of consistency and hard work. He has done some weight loss challenges along the way but there’s no single 6 or 12 week challenge that will get you this result. The slower the better! 2. It hasn’t always been perfect progress and nor should you expect it to be. Some weeks his weight had gone up, sometimes it went down and sometimes it even stayed the same. Dean might enjoy a party at the weekend and his weight will go up but he has a great attitude and always says to me give me a few days and I my weight will be back down again. Enjoy life then get back on track. 3. Never stop showing up! You won’t always feel motivated to exercise so do what you can, something is better than nothing. 15.01.2022 Officially 10kgs lighter! @st0keyd0key Shayne has been working very hard especially the last few weeks as he’s been on holidays from work. He dedicated his time off to train hard and eat well. Shayne doesn’t count calories so it proves that it can be done by being aware of what you eat and how much. When I first met Shayne he had been dealing with a back injury and hadn’t trained for a very long time. He could barley do a push up and we started deadlifting with an 8kg kettl...ebell.
