16.01.2022 HIA Award winning home. On 5 acres this sprawling ranch style home was a blend of country influence and contemporary style. Extensive use of timber including magnificent 300 x 300 spotted gum posts for the verandahs. Huge deck accessed through Bifolding doors and a bifold servery from the country style two pak kitchen. Generous size bedrooms and wide open hallways. Louvre windows strategically positioned to capture the wafting country breezes.

15.01.2022 Split level, slab and bearers/joists. Raked ceilings. Timber floors, timber cabinets. Poured insitu concrete benchtops.

10.01.2022 Contemporary design Golf Course frontage home. What made this home quite different is the side entry. Very private with stepping stones over a pond water feature. Check out the pics of this. Raked ceilings, tongue and groove spotted gum flooring and exterior decking. Split level with 80% of the living area on timber bearers and joists. Large chefs kitchen featuring timber and polished concrete benchtops. The feature timber matter need that is constructed in place was also a different feature. Check those pics too.
