23.01.2022 MEET REXY AND AHMET: These beautiful cats came into our care 2 weeks ago. The families circumstances changed and they were surrendered. Rexy is the boy and he's... wearing the blue collar and Ahmet the longer haired girl. Both are long haired tabbies, but Ahmet has a stunning coat. They will be 3 years old in November. They will only be adopted together as Ahmet loves Rexy. Rexy is outgoing and very affectionate and Ahmet is quiet. Rexy has a heart murmur grade 3. He doesn't require medication for this. Otherwise they are both in good health and well worth meeting. 23.01.2022 A MORNING IN RESCUE: It's 1.50pm and so far today we have been asked to take 17 kittens, 9 adults and have just received a call regarding a mixed bunch of 9 cat...s and kittens, that need to be gone! We obviously have to say no to the majority, due to lack of carers, money and adopters. Some we add on our list to help. This poor cat was minutes from the end though, so he won the jackpot. MEET BOY: Boy was born in December 2011. His owner is moving, so took him to be put to sleep at a vet clinic this morning. Boy has a broken tail and cuts all over his poor little body. He was brought in with all his worldly possessions, a carrier and a scarf. This is the harsh face of rescue everyday. Sadly, there are so many cats like Boy. 18.01.2022 Justin & Blake’s Journey Several months ago we were alerted to the plight of 2 beautiful but very ill Persian boys. They had been kept by a breeder in tiny cr...ates, not even big enough for them to stand or fully stretch out. They were in the worst condition we’ve seen in a very long time. Justin & Black had severe upper respiratory tract infections, they could barely breathe and Justin was so ill that he couldn’t eat on his own and had to be syringe fed. In addition to this both boys had the most horrific ringworm and pressure sores from not being able to move about freely. With thanks to our sponsors, vets at Fox Valley Animal hospital and our amazingly dedicated foster Carer Fiona the boys have now fully recovered and are ready to find a loving home. The boys, despite their horrible first year of mistreatment are now delightful, friendly boys and are now learning how to ‘cat’. We are now looking for someone to adopt them and help them to continue learning what it’s like to be loved and adored! 11.01.2022 Lucy has done a terrific job in caring for my 15 year old British Short Hair and my 6 month old domestic short hair during their week long stay last week. The ...facilities are clean, the villas are beautifully presented and maintained and my cats were happy and well cared for. So much so I don't think my older cat wanted to come home, she was so spoilt! There are lots of scratching posts, beds, lounges, heated pads and play toys provided as well as pats and lap time for my younger cat who needs this everyday. Thanks so much for looking after my cats and I have no hesitation in recommending you to others. We'll be back in October! See more

Max is a loving and curious little boy, who can be picked up... like a rag doll or left to snooze alone during the day. He will be curious about what his human is doing and likes to observe all that is going on in his surroundings including watching the birds from a window. This super cute brother & sister duo came into our care quite a few months ago. Beautiful Clarence was diagnosed with eyelid agenesis but clearly that hasn’t stopped him from being ridiculously handsome. He has undergone a number of surgeries to correct his condition and apart from loosing an eye he’s passed every test with regards to healing and with sweeping everyone off their feet. Then there is our girl Lizzy, yes she looks at the world differently with her crossed eyes but this ads to her quirkiness. Call her name and the result is gold. Looking down her nose to focus on you is totally adorable. Clarence and Lizzy will be rehomed as a pair for comfort reasons they have been through a bit and have always bounced back to each other.
