19.01.2022 I drove past the park yesterday and it seems everything is fixed. I didnt see any fencing, so Ill be taking my boy there tomorrow morning :oD

19.01.2022 Anyone else think they need more small swings at the park? My son doesn't have the patience to wait for 10 minutes until kids are done with their swinging. The 2 small swings always have people waiting :o\

15.01.2022 Its good to see that writing letters to the counsel general manager, finally paid off. I have been talking to quite a few people at the park about the lack of shade around the benches. I rang the counsel and was told to write a letter to the manager and get my friends to do the same. They installed a new shade sail last week. I havent been to the park since, only drove past it. I hope theyve placed it in such a position that it provides shade around some of the benches and not just over play equipment like with the sandpit.

08.01.2022 Unfortunately the park is a bit of a mess right now. I am not sure whats happening, but several parts have been fenced off. I hope that whatever needs fixing, the council does it quickly as its school holidays now and it will get busy.
