B) 25min AMRAP Union Fitness Co. at home programming In 25min you have to accumulate a 5min hollow hold. Every time you stop you need to run 200m...* (500m bike) If you complete the 5min hollow hold, in the remaining time you will complete an AMRAP of; 5 Push ups 10 Sit Ups 15 Squats 100m sprint (250m bike) Do not stop the AMRAP, until the clock hits 25min. *When the workout starts with 3...2..1... you begin with a 200m run :)

12.01.2022 What a weekend at the Lismore Samson Challenge 2020 Was able to take out the solo on Friday night and also got the win in the open males and overall champions with my team on Saturday. Never seen these 3 gents push so hard and go deep into the hurt locker ... This will be all about good vibes and hitting some fun workout...s with your mates and raising much needed funds for those effected by the fires. 08.01.2022 Covid-19 update A big thank you to everyone who has personally reached out to me and my partner. And yes my family and I will be ok! We have our kids, health and a great support network. As most of you aware from the latest Government announcement, all gyms and indoor sporting venues have had to close their doors as well as a lot of other industries. This will be reviewed on a month to month basis but we should expect these measures to be in place for at least 6 months. We s...till have a responsibility to keep positive and keep healthy during these times. If anyone needs help in doing so, please reach out to me. If anyone would like help with online programming or face time 1 on 1 session feel free to message me for more info. I also have some great DIY program options for those that don’t have any access to equipment at home. Remember that staying healthy both physically and mentally is a priority in these current times. While some of you may feel anger please remember to keep perspective. Focus on what you can control. This is for the greater good. This is to SLOW THE SPREAD so hospitals are not overrun. Remember those of us who still have to get up and go work, do overtime, who are fighting their own mental battle. Those who have to be on the front line of the virus and may have family members at high risk if they were to contract the virus. WE KNOW THESE PEOPLE and we thank them for the risk they take every day. If you are in the position to do so, support your community and local businesses that are still open. A few cafes have now moved to takeaway and delivery services. Most of all, throughout all this: Support each other (from a distance), reach out via digital means, practice good hygiene and stay safe. The session combines a variety of cardio, resistance/strength exercises, core stability and caters for ALL fitness levels, i.e all movements can be modified to suit all individual needs.
