23.01.2022 The "just wing it" training approach into my first #pier2pub didn't elicit the win I'd envisioned. But the chance to flounder my way to the Lorne SLSC with 4999 other shark snacks wasn't wasted.

22.01.2022 Slapped the numbers on for the first time in over a year this weekend to swim in a team & tackle the 2k #hamiltonislandtri open water swim. If there was a place to reignite the racing flame it's at a pretty special race in a spectacular part of Aus amongst some mad (in a good way) people. Definitely a bucket list race!! 19.01.2022 Rod was my first tri coach and a person who always showed huge interest in me as a person as well as an athlete. He went to a dark place and so many of us who know him are unbelievably lucky that he came back from that place to remind us that there is always someone who cares and that talking is not a weakness. 09.01.2022 After a few weeks out of action I made the most of some Newcastle sun w Charlotte Mcshane. Back in action just in time for the 2XU Noosa Open Water Swim Clinic on Thursday along with @emmaecarney & @tamsyn_mv.
