13.01.2022 Insurance work carried out, I conducted a leak detection, client claiming water coming from the walls in the hallways metres away, The things you see, Waste point set out wrong, silicone covered everything. Flush pipe set at wrong height and not engaged, not to mention they screwed the key seal onto the pipe within the wall.!! No access panel made for water isolation or maintenance.!
