22.01.2022 Onsite today to install a 4" Vertical Centrifugal Colville Pump on auto start/stop via a float switch the DSE 3110 engine control complete with a solar trickle charger for dewatering a grain storage facility. Easy set and forget system to protect the grain bunkers from getting wet feet.

18.01.2022 Circa 1970's 8" Linkage Pump in for a full recondition. This is one of the very first ever self-priming pumps made by my great uncle and father. A few modifications and and it is better than new. If looked after and drained at the end of every season they will last 40+ years like this one.

11.01.2022 First post for a while. It has been flat out the last few months with quite a few onsite pump installs from new Kubota powered recycle pumps to electric powered pipe and riser pumps as well as a few old reconditioned pumps going out. Here's to hoping for some rain soon to help out all our farmers out there doing it tough.
10.01.2022 Out with the old, in with the new. Electric motor and pressure pump upgrade after the old pump had given all it could. Bearings gone, shaft worn and packing non-existent , this pump was no longer reliable enough to provide the essential irrigation requirements of the new avocado orchard it was servicing. The new pump fitted to a larger electric motor along with VSD to allow the flexibility of providing enough water for now and well into the future when the larger trees demand more.

07.01.2022 Testing one of our 8" self-priming pumps with a 15hp/11kw electric motor and achieved flows of 14MgL/day or 163L/sec.
06.01.2022 12" Trailer Pump with Hatz 4M41Z motor finally complete. The hinged suction pipe makes for easy setup and pack up with just one person, no front end loader or forklift required making it very versatile for multiple pump sites. These pumps also have a wide range of flows available from the same pump without having to change impellers.
06.01.2022 Big thanks for all who supported us through 2018. We've been working right through the Xmas and New Year holidays to get one last pump out for the calendar year...now it's time for a holiday with the kids for a bit of fishing and fun at the beach. 04.01.2022 Update on Big Red! We have just finished one of the bigger onsite installs we've had to do. This is the 20" Colville Self-priming pump from the previous post. Thanks very much to the client and his workers for all the help to make things run smoothly and completed ahead of schedule. See the video in the comments of some tests we ran before it left our workshop, as we do with all pumps that we manufacture. This way we can ensure the client gets a quality Australian made product that we will stand behind 100% in it's ability to perform as quoted.
03.01.2022 Have a look at this monster.. This is a 20" Colville Self-priming pump powered by a John Deere 6068 T-1 and is capable of 65 MgL/day. This will be going together with a pipe system that will simplify the pumping system once all complete, and take the place of the primary supply pump and the recirculation pump all in one through some clever farm layout and pipe design. Stay tuned for the test video and pipe work once it's all completed and installed.
