05.01.2022 Im going to stay on the topic of my previous post Its Good to Be Good (but not overwhelmed), because its full of interesting points. For example, the researcher discusses a famous nun study, which goes like this, when the nuns entered the convent they were asked to write a short sketch of their lives. It was the 1930s and at the time the nuns were about 22 years old. Years later, the researchers found that the nuns who had expressed the most positive emotions in their stories lived for about 10 years longer than those who expressed fewer such emotions.
