21.01.2022 This hundred year old property in Blaxland is a historic, heritage listed cottage on Hargreaves estate. I rejointed the chimney, fixed the roof, added brand new guttering and facier. I also installed a water tank and base, and built a 100m long timber boundary fence.

21.01.2022 On this property in Blaxland, I removed old broken slate tiles on the front verandah, and relaid new slate tiles, ensuring this verandah was good to go for another hundred years.
