13.01.2022 It’s definitely been a crazy few weeks in the real estate industry with so much uncertainty about whether people should be buying or selling. I have learnt that transactions are still happening just with more caution from vendors and buyers. Four homes in Ascot Park, one in Dover Gardens and another today in Edwardstown, all sold over the last few weeks even with all open inspection restrictions in place!
