14.01.2022 Thank you to everyone that supported my quest in raising away of men’s health. This month I have completed over 2000 squats I have raised over $800 and had endless conversations spreading the word of men’s health. Special thanks in order of priority. My beautiful wife @heatherbelle79 and family to supporting my goal. We will all be happy my facial hair will be gone tomorrow....
