20.01.2022 If you’re a home owner you must listen to my interview with Ray Hadley this morning on the below link, you will not believe what the State Government has just d...one to Western Sydney home owners without consultation, for a proposed runway for the new airport, that has no impact on most of our areas and won’t be built until the year 2064! Listen to my interview by clicking the below link, understand the impact: https://omny.fm//expensive-new-planning-policy-for-south-w The State Government has unbelievably just passed a SEPP, which is a planning regulation which will mean home owners, when they build and or do additions, will be required to provide an acoustic report despite not being impacted by any noise. The reports cost thousands of dollars, and home owners within the 13 kilometre radius will be forced to provide these acoustic reports on homes, despite not been adversely impact from the proposed Western Sydney Airport. This has been done to protect the sale value of their new Airport for the federal government in the future at the expense of local home owners. Residents in Abbotsbury, Bossley Park, Horsley Park, Bonnyrigg Heights and others as identified within the 13 kilometre circle on the map are all impacted, from Oran Park to South Penrith. 14.01.2022 No greater evidence that agent choice is so important than my last two results in this complex. Selling two properties in here in the last 6 months one for $400,000 and this one most recently for $415,000. Another agency just sold a garden apartment in the same complex for $380,000.
