What do you get when you add some quality whole Linley Valley Pork, a butcher from Warnbro quality meats, some mighty fine carving by Ian and the Rolls Royce of Spits from Dizzy Lamb? Absolute Perfection! ... Top that with some Cheeky Monkey Brewing Co Red IPA and it's mic drop.. To get that perfect crackle from nose to tail, we used our favourite all natural Honeybrix BBQ Charcoal to hit those high temps. You don't need Beer goggles to make the food off these spits look great! Rest assured, these spits will be making an appearance in 2020 if you missed out! Pitboss Kids Q Zone - Pitboss - The Premium BBQ Charcoal Harry Soo and his partner Donna Fong will run this event where kids will have the opportunity to showcase their BBQ skills! Harry Soo, a Pitmaster, a competitor and a BBQ Instructor. What a great privilege for Honeybrix BBQ Charcoal to have the opportunity to work with Harry Soo!

19.01.2022 We finally have had a chance to sift through the pics and videos shot earlier this month by Come Grill With Me by Irene Sharp & Healthy cook 4 champions. Thanks team! One of the highlights was the inaugural 2019 "Pitboss Premium Charcoal Kids Q" hosted by very good friends of ours, Harry Soo of Slap Yo' Daddy BBQ and Donna Fong from Butcher's Daughter BBQ who both flew in from the U.S. just for the event. The kids were required to;... Cook and turn in a Scotch Fillet steak kindly donated by Melville heights meat supply, Use a Weber Barbecues Australia/New Zealand Smokey Joe (Big thanks to The Outdoor Chef) and cook over Pitboss Premium Charcoal's new Premium Pillows. After the event all participants were able to take home a Weber (Thanks Weber Australia!) and the thermometers they used courtesy of Reward Hospitality so they can continue with their BBQ journey. Here's a snippet of one of the VIP BBQ Class events presented by Honeybrix BBQ Charcoal and Harry Soo from Slap Yo' Daddy BBQ out of California USA.. Guests were treated to an array of BBQ goodness including our favourite, Glacier 51 Toothfish which was hands on for the students and presented 3 ways.... We can't wait for 2020 to do it all again!
