24.01.2022 Yep, it's time for a Sea Change. The Williamstown and Newport communities have been fantastic and a pleasure to service these past four years, and I thank every single person who has come through my doors and trusted me to help them. Gab and I will be moving to Barwon Heads in late January and opening a new clinic over the bridge in Ocean Grove in February. Thank you and I hope you all have an incredible 2021 and beyond!

18.01.2022 I took some of my own medicine today. This is Functional Release Cupping. It’s something I developed several years ago, have been teaching all over Australia and regularly use in my treatments. It looks pretty barbaric, but feels great and works SO well.

But, since Ive recently moved location, I thought it would be a good idea to create an online presence once again. Ive never had to advertise because wonderful people such as yourselves have always done that for me. And this page wont be about advertising, but instead it will exist to create another way for me to share stuff with you and for you talk to me. And Ill probably share the occasional bad joke.

Today we tried a more neurological approach to managing his shoulder and neck pain. Weve been getting results... but Im chasing a resolution.
