Freestone Press are a fabulous group of printmakers always producing imagery of great diversity using a wide range of traditional and contemporary techniques.... Opening is Sunday 10th November 2pm. 22.01.2022 Many of us were recently priviledged to see this fabulous presentation, the closing event of Louisa Waters exhibition, 'To Carry Fire'. Thrilled to be able to s...hare with our Care audience. Wayne Thorpe, Gunnai Custodian, Storyteller, linguist and teacher, speaks at To Carry Fire a research project and art exhibition by Louisa Waters. For her Doctoral research Waters examined the transformation of Gunnai land (Gippsland) since colonisation, through narratives of fire, critiquing European fire regimes. Wayne Thorpe’s teachings contributed significantly to the research.

21.01.2022 Fantastic news at last Art Lovers! After a long and bizarre hiatus, we are re-opening this coming weekend! Resuming with our normal hours, Saturday and Sunday 11 - 4... We are observing Covid safe restrictions: no more than 6 people in each space (gallery/shop) at a time mandatory mask wearing use of hand sanitiser signing in your details when entering. We look forward to welcoming you back into our lovely space soon!
