17.01.2022 2019 has been a year of breaking records and winning awards at G&M Event Group. I personally lead the largest production style wedding entertainment package we have ever done, to only have that surpassed by an even bigger wedding I lead 3 months later (this one with only a 4 week planning period). There is a major team cultural element that is key to what we achieve, that is 'always setting others up for success'. Setting up other Team members to do epic stuff and setting up ...events to be a success. This attitude ultimately results in setting up our Couples for success at their weddings, which is the reason I do what I do both as a Talent and Operations Manager. So proud to be a part of a great team. Here is to an even more epic 2020 :)

08.01.2022 #currentlyreading If I am ever going to read a fitness book it will be by a Country Music Superstar. This Tim McGraw booking is amazing. For years I have always had the mindset that on an event day, in the morning, I am best to do as little as possible to save energy for that night when it's needed. However Tim says that exercising before helps prime the pump and you show up better. After testing this, he is correct. I am always looking for that extra thing to improve what I do, how I can service my Couples better and help create a wedding they can be proud of. It's amazing how a 20 minute run does such a thing in a big way.
