24.01.2022 OUTDOOR BOOTCAMP!! I am SO excited for this comeback to training in a group and having a sense of community and connection whilst training. I will be starting off by running 2 BOOTCAMP sessions a week:... Tuesday 7am Thursday 4pm These sessions will run for 45minutes at the cost of $10 (cash) per person. This is perfect for anyone and any fitness level. Make sure you DM me to book prior to the session, I need a minimum of 4 people for the session to go ahead. 21.01.2022 This photo has next to nothing to do with this post... BUT today is the Winter solstice which means today is the day with the shortest period of daylight and longest night of the year. From today onwards the days start to get longer again and we get to enjoy more sunshine and how good it feels to exercise outdoors! 20.01.2022 Papaya bowl Remove the seeds from a papaya and add in 3-4 tablespoons of yoghurt, some berries, granola & honey and you have yourself a delicious and filling snack! Packed with vitamins and fibre, papaya is also a good source of vitamin C! Great for your immune support and function ... Give this one a try

18.01.2022 It has felt SO GOOD to be back connecting and teaching people again. I have missed seeing smiling faces looking back at me when teaching classes and sessions online. I’m loving the transition back to some sense of normality again. Being a PT I believe my job is built on connection. I build relationships and connections with people, get to know them better and teach them to learn and know more about their body and how to CONNECT to it more.... It’s been different to say the least teaching and talking to my phone rather than real people (although I know you’re on the other end ) so I’m excited to be back doing my thing again See more

13.01.2022 As gyms are re-opening and we are all excited to get back into our routines, make sure you are doing it in a SAFE way. For lots of people over the past few months, working out has been challenging to do at home and maybe even pushed to the side. As you’re getting back into your fitness routine, make sure you are working at an appropriate intensity suitable to you and that you’re performing your exercises correctly with good technique. 11.01.2022 Miss being able to high five my clients when I get so excited about their progress and efforts in their sessions! Isolation has made me realise how many little things we take for granted but also taught me to appreciate the little things more then ever and have an immense amount of gratitude for what I do and my ability to help others. I am so grateful for being able to continue to guide others and coach them through these last few weeks. For now it’s a little more distant but when this is over expect all the high fives and happy dances

11.01.2022 A bit of combo work with @mishcurry the other day I love boxing because it’s so dynamic and you can always make it interesting. Learning new combos to challenge the mind and body. My clients often say wow that went fast! whenever we box. You don’t get a minute to stop and think about what you’re doing, requiring your full attention the whole time whilst getting a great cardiovascular workout that’s fun and exciting. ... 10.01.2022 Absolute LEGENDS! This bunch came along to bootcamp this afternoon and half way through our session it poured down rain (only for a few minutes). They pushed through and the rain cleared and they finished their session with a smile and a beautiful sunset. Such a lovely and encouraging group of people. You always inspire me to do better.... 07.01.2022 2020 has certainly had its ups and downs but there is only 45 days until we are going to be bringing in a new year. I’ve heard lots of people talk about how they can’t wait for a new year so that all of this craziness will disappear and that they can start fresh. A new year isn’t going to change anything unless you put in the effort and make changes towards what you want to achieve. Don’t wait another 45 days to make a start, to then start moving towards goals. What’s... stopping you from starting now? Imagine how much can change if you start today rather than next year. Stop making excuses for yourself, motivation isn’t going to come with the new year. Motivation comes from action but above all is discipline and creating routine. Take action now so that in 45 days time, you don’t second guess anything. What you do to better yourself whether it be mentally, physically, emotionally, financially or whatever it is just comes naturally through this routine that you have created for yourself. 07.01.2022 Deadlifts and hip thrusts **video is sped up** This has to be one of my favourite supersets for glute training. The deadlift challenges the glutes the most in the stretched position and the hip thrust challenges the glutes the most in the shortened position making it a great superset as the glutes are working in different ways for each exercise. ... When looking at building strength and growing your glutes it’s important to program different exercises that challenge the glutes in different ways, use different rep ranges as well as add in things like 1/4 reps and pauses to get benefits from the muscles when they are under the most load. I’ve been recovering from a back injury and haven’t done these exercises for a while so it’s feeling great getting back into it! 02.01.2022 Golden girl @emaleewilson_ has just started incorporating boxing into her training with me and she is absolutely smashing it! Em has gained so much confidence within her self and boxing since she has started! Boxing is a great way to improve hand-eye coordination, memory, mind muscle connection, strength and overall fitness. Boxing has to be one of my favourite things to do with my clients.
