24.01.2022 Photos with faces perform almost 40% better on Instagram! You know you need to be the face of your business, but who has a photographer or assistant following them around to get the shots? My fitness insta @queen.bee.fitness changed once I discovered these tips. Try them out today and before you know it, you'll be taking great photos yourself super fast and easy! ... 1. Face the light: Avoid shadows and dark photos by finding the light/sun and feeling it on your face. Filters can fix a lot of things, but starting with a great shot makes a difference. 2. Phone tools: The TIMER is a GAMECHANGER. 10secs is great to get you in your spot and ready to go. Using the front camera means you can see how you look while posing - saving you TIME. The quality of front cameras is brilliant now. 3. Find something to lean on: A chair for height and a water bottle to stand up the phone. Real Estate Agents - Try wheelie bins, letter boxes and fencing. 4. Take LOTS of photos: If you're doing it or if someone else is, always take heaps of shots. 03.01.2022 Out in the sunshine working onsite yesterday. Doing some Commercial Real Estate property management. A lovely tenant took me through her marketing business and it was super inspiring. She's progressed from where she started 20 years ago and has pivoted in these times. Her positive energy around her business was fantastic.
