08.01.2022 If you own a 2008up HD make sure you change the rear wheel bearings AT LEAST every second tyre. The single row bearings in the wheel don't cope well with the side loading they have to deal with. Have your tyres and bearings replaced by a qualified tradesman to make sure your bike don't end up on a trailer, or worse...

07.01.2022 Being this is the Start of the Laconia 95th Bike Week 'oldest Rally' I'm going to share a never before seen 8mm 5 minute film my Dad Charlie Burrows took while ...he and his local crew Mike Blout , Billy Estabrook, Cassidy, Sal Lagrasso, Jim Castrucci, Teddy Peabody, Chambers, Earl Andrews, Julio "the Mad Hungarian" , Hal "Animal" Creamer, Bill "Rebel" Winkler, Very Young "Clinker' Maclean to name a few of the 20 guys they all would ride up together to raise hell and have fun! including some racing what Laconia was about before rip off vendor family stroller cop week took over, also the Weirs with the Bike show on the board walk and downtown Laconia, he took his parents windup 8mm video to Laconia Bike week 1965, just one of the many treasures i found in Dads collections, enjoy only 5 minutes but great history before the yuppie invasion... I recently updated the year to 1965 reason 1 is because the end of video I see a brand new Black 1965 Chevy Belair rolling by and after much research I see the last official races at the old Belknap was 1963 and in 1964 completely canceled by the town and police, so the racing footage on here must have been the newly opened 1965 unfinished Bryer Sports Park also known as Louden international Speedway now, so being the first Official AMA Race at Bryer 1965 and the iconic 1965 Laconia 'Riot' Year that makes it very interesting to look at the scene before all hell broke loose on Saturday Night in which became national news...weirdly the plates on motorcycles are Mass 1964 and pop marked the reel '64 but some years I found out the number plate could be carried over, very cool either way to get a taste of the coolest generation! 01.01.2022 According to HD's service schedule the fuel filter in the tank of injected bikes were due to be replaced every 40,000Klms, then it was 80,000Klms, now it is 160,00Klms! Same filter...It depends on how clean your fuel is I guess. I find that most bikes the fuel filter is clogged at 40,000Klms Book in for a service and have all your filters replaced to make sure your bike is getting the best fuel, air and oils you can give it. 0473 890 833
