In the rare instance of a staff member being exposed all clients will be immediately notified and future insta...llations will be cancelled until such time as medical clearance can be provided. This has not happened as yet, and we are doing everything possible to ensure that it doesn't. In the event of you or family members being exposed to the virus or becoming ill, please notify us asap. 18.01.2022 STAND UP FOR PUMICESTONE SMALL BUSINESSES Queensland is the only state where small businesses are not being given emergency assistance (COVID-19) grants by thei...r State Government. There are more than 438,000 small businesses in Queensland, including thousands right here in Pumicestone, and they are doing it tough right now. Around 97% of Queensland’s small businesses have not received a dollar of coronavirus payroll tax relief from the State Government as their annual wage bills do not meet the $1.3m payroll tax threshold. Meanwhile, New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia and Western Australia have all introduced direct grants of between $10,000 - $17,500 for small businesses. We need to work together as a community to implore the State Government to increase supports to our small businesses. That’s why I’m asking locals to work with me and send a message to the Premier that she must act now.
