06.01.2022 Welcome everyone to my new foodies page. I love food especially when I can recreate it nutritiously and with my GLUTEN FREE dietry requirements. I have built enough confidence in the Flavourista brand and products that I am happy share my love of food with everyone. Most importantly YES WE ARE OPEN. We can still have online social parties, traditional or zoom cooking demonstrations. And you still get all the bonesses as hosts. Or you can order your flavours or gifts directly online for home delivery!

05.01.2022 HELP TOO MUCH CAULIFOWER! My organic home delivery grocer gave me the heads up that they were bulk buying CAULIFOWER and cucumbers this week so I ordered some but I have double because they are part of my seasonal box too. I love pickled tumeric and garlic florettes. Another favourite is deep fried tumeric and zatar mix with a dukah. What is your favourite cauliflower recipe? To eat, heat or preserve?
05.01.2022 In serious need of some comfort carbs. I wonder if I could work this with apple cider and organic apples?
03.01.2022 I love being creative in the kitchen and looking forward to re-creating some of my favourites with products from Flavourista. LMFAO Ohh yeah its a balsamic vinegar that is the perfect dipping sauce for this. Italiano spice to add to my home made seafood sauce. Yes this happening and its still gluten free!
